A NASDA First Material Processing Test 4" patch that was flown aboard the Space Shuttle "Endeavour" STS-47 mission. This 13.5" x 16.5" presentation is in excellent condition with light handling wear. The award is numbered #1/150. It was awarded to Paul Thomas Breakfield who was Deputy Director of Shuttle Engineering and Director of Payload Flight Operations. He retired in 1999 as Director of Safety and Mission Assurance. This item came from the personal collection of Paul T. Breakfield.
