Description
A collection of sterling silver flatware featuring several spoons and a ladle with a shell-form bowl. The assortment exhibits a variety of late 19th and early 20th-century decorative styles, including pierced Art Nouveau floral handles, repousse rose patterns, and traditional ribbed designs. One spoon handle is engraved with the name Emerson in cursive script, while others feature stylized monograms including the letter S. The collection features various stamps and hallmarks. One spoon is marked with the characters PAT. 1910 followed by three symbols in individual cartouches?a lion passant, an anchor, and a letter G?above the word STERLING. Another piece bears an S and a T each contained within a diamond-shaped border above the word STERLING. A third piece is stamped with the characters P R in an oval cartouche above the numbers 1000 over 925 and a griffin-like symbol, all above the word STERLING.
