Campsis grandiflora, also known as Bignonia, is a deciduous woody vine with stems that can climb up to 6 meters. The leaves are ovate with coarse serrations on the edges. The flowers are orange-red, funnel-shaped, and bell-shaped, about 6 cm in diameter, split into 5 pieces at the top, and the green calyx below the flower has protruding longitudinal ridges.

This plant watercolor art serves botany, using pen drawings or watercolors to record plants as accurately as possible. The 18th century was undoubtedly a century of flourishing botanical art, nourishing people's enthusiasm for botany and floral decorative art. The tradition of showing a single species on a blank background has not changed to this day. This is a wonderful hand-painted watercolor trumpet creeper specimen, very precious.
