A refined Empire-style scroll armchair crafted in richly patinated mahogany, executed in the fashion of Mueller. The chair features bold rolled arms, an architectural open back, and elegantly shaped legs, reflecting the disciplined neoclassical proportions associated with Continental Empire design. Finished with a tailored upholstered seat that adds warmth and contrast, this piece presents beautifully as a desk, library, or statement accent chair. Circa late 19th to early 20th century.
