The set features ten yellow cotton pennants, each printed with the iconic black "death's head" skull and crossbones, mounted on sturdy red-painted steel rods. These rods are ingeniously designed to stack or link, all housed in their original heavy canvas and leather-trimmed "donkey-ear" style carrying pouch with an adjustable webbed shoulder strap. The canvas remains strong with a functional metal closure tab, though it shows minimal field wear and light staining. The flags and metal rods are in good condition with storage wear.
