The partial gilt cane with a very small fill to amethyst collar, with natural inclusions as expected, rubbing to gilt; one derby-handled hardstone cane with a stabilized hairline to handle's tip, an adjacent smaller hairline to tip, a small subsequent loss under tip (not visible when in use), another nick to handle's backside, a hairline to upper backside; the amber cane with scuff marks and nicks to amber knob, a vertical split across collar and another at neck with smaller nicks, the shaft with scuffs and wear to lacquer finish most visible to lower region above foot; the bamboo cane with a 4-1/2" inch to upper shaft, a smaller split parallel below collar; all canes with wear primarily to shafts consistent with age, use, and handling; XRF test resulted in .780.
