William Henry Harrison Autograph Document Signed. One page, 6 x 3 inches with irregular margins; Fort Washington [Ohio]; August 20, 1795. A military supply requisition that reads in full: "The Quarter Master will please to issue you the use of a Public Horse one bushel of corn & fifty pounds of hay." Signed, "Wm. H. Harrison." Docketed on verso. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from PSA. Condition: Cut from a larger sheet with the right margin just touching the signature but not affecting text. Flattened folds, even toning, and scattered soiling. Prior small separations to folds along upper margin, reinforced with three small strips of tape on verso.
