This is an interesting piece. It appears to be some sort of ancient weapon from the middle or near east. One end with a knob appears to be for the handle and grip. The long blade tapers down to a point making it appear to be a dagger. It is solid copper, heavy and weighs approx. 5.24 lbs. and is approx. 25" long.

There is a heavy patina, it could be intentionally patinated to look old or the heavy patina is from being buried under ground. Please examine the photos carefully to make your own judgment.
