An early 20th century oil on artist board harbor scene. Depicts boats docked at a harbor. Signed and dated "Howe 13.4.15." lower left, possibly Harry H. Howe (American, 1886-1966). Light wear, most noticeable below the signature. Board 13 1/2 x 11 1/2" high, in a molded Gilt wood frame with minor wear, 18 x 16" high overall. ESTIMATE $200-400 NOTE: From the estate of Bill & Barbara Shulhof of Saginaw, Michigan.
