FANTASIA: A good original 12.5 x 9.5 production cel from Walt Disney´s animated musical anthology film Fantasia (1940), the painted image depicting two black and white winged horses from the Pegasus family, accompanied by their babies, three smaller pastel-colored winged foals (painted in yellow, blue, and pink), flying through the clouds (airbrushed to the background in soft pastel shades) in an idyllic moment from the Pastoral Symphony segment of the film which was set to Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6. With the small circular WDP studio ink stamp for Walt Disney Productions applied to the lower right corner of the cel. Attractively matted in pale pink and beige to an overall size of 18.5 x 15.
