The front reads 'This is the New Order,' the reverse reads in part 'In all the countries that fell under the German swam and locusts, and their leader, the pig Hitler...they took what they needed from these peopl's livelihoods because their soldiers lacked food for years, from the time the pig Hitler rules Germany- this is what is tolerated in the new system, meaning everything is for the Germans and nothing is done for the others, who are not like the Germans.' Number RW.0213. Around 13,000 total copies were printed through all languages, making this card quite rare. Also, including one in French for the signing of the Atlantic Charter, when opened, features Stalin as a large, muscular man, reads 'Freedom for all is guaranteed by us all European heads of state and politicians, according to the model proven and used for decades in the Soviet Union -Stalin.'
