Description

Dark blue wool boat cloak with a rolling collar of dark blue velvet with a double hook and eye closure, a set of mohair frogs with loops and toggles secure the front of the cloak, black silk lining with two interior pockets. Sewn inside the left pocket is a label marked "THE WILLIAM H. BELLIS CO./ANNAPOLIS, MD" and "WH albach/Class 27".

Condition

Has some wear from age and use but in overall good condition.
