Southern folk art sculpture in the style of a rooster, features a dark cobalt blue alkaline glaze with an applied comb, wattle, and tail. The form is set upon a pedestal base with incised details to the neck and signed Wayne Hewell to the underside. Measures approximately 10'' H x 4 3/4'' W x 5 1/4'' D. Some wear to surface, crack on base.
