Late 19th century, French
This 19th-century French faience cache pot is hand-painted with a vibrant "lambrequin" (scalloped) motif in a traditional palette of cobalt blue, saffron yellow, and soft pink. The intricate design features stylized cornucopias, scrolling foliage, and delicate floral garlands draped across a luminous, opaque white tin glaze. The underside is marked with the letters "G" and "A" and is impressed with the number 108.
