Shippers & Shipping. 1.Auction pick-up is not available for our auctions. We do provide in-house shipping on most items at our discretion. You must select your own shipper for us to ship in-house. We cannot change your shipping to in-house AFTER you have paid for Live Auctioneers shipping. We reserve the right to not ship any lot. At times, we have a large amount of shipping to do. Please allow up to 4 full weeks for shipment. 2. For our In-House shipping there is a minimum charge of $16 per lot for book & jewelry lot(s), $50 for a framed picture and $25.00 for all other items. This includes packing, insurance, shipping our personnel and postage. By selecting our in-house shipping, you agree and understanding that after we ship your lot(s) thru any shipper we are no longer responsible for your items in any way. That includes damage or any delay in shipping. All items we ship have the proper insurance for your order. You are responsible for any loss or damaged shipments and filing a claim with the appropriate shipper. You are free to provide your own shipper. If you decline our shipping, we regret that we cannot ship your items after that point. 3 At our option, we will provide toploaders which are made of high-quality, rigid PVC . Used by collectors and museums these holders provide protection for your print for years to come. They also protect your lots from any possible damage in shipping. Toploaders are added per paper item and are part of the shipping charges. If you decline toploaders, we may decline shipment of fragile items and refer you to an outside shipper. 4. Most lots are shipped via USPS mail and we make every effort to get your items to you quickly and safely. Most items are insured. (Some foreign orders cannot be insured). We are not responsible to damage in shipment or non-receipt of items. If your order was insured, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate shipper. We will provide the insurance information upon request. 5. Foreign Orders (Outside the US) are your responsibility. We assume no liability for any item(s) lost or damaged in shipment. 6. You are responsible for providing your correct mailing address. Unless notified otherwise, we will ship to the address you have on record with Live Auctioneers. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses listed on Live Auctioneers by bidders. 7. All outside shipping arrangements and payments for shipping and any other related fees must be made directly with your shipper. Buyer must provide Orange County Estate Liquidators with signed authorization for release of the property that states your name, sale date, lot number and choice of carrier. 8. We are not a storage facility. There is a charge of $25.00 per lot per week for all items that are won and not paid for within 7 days of the auction date. After 60 days, all lots not removed from our offices or returned to us as not picked up by the customer will return to the possession of Orange County Estate Liquidators without recourse or refund to the buyer. Storage fees will remain due and continue to accrue. 9. By registering to participate & bid, you are fully agreeing to the conditions listed above.
