The original edges of the tapestry are folded over into the backing, making the whole appear shorter and narrower than it actually is and truncating the borderdesign. Wear consistent with age and use, including losses, repairs, loose and irregular weave,fading. Slightly asymmetrical edges, primarily along righthand side.
