Description
(A) An Adlake Kero model with a 2-52 manufacture date, embossed “NKP” on the lid reflector. Signal green Kopp globe is not marked. (6.0). (B) An Adlake Kero model, private labeled for the Hiram L. Piper Co. Ltd., and embossed “C N R”, with a date code of 4-61. The clear Kero-style globe is etched “C.N.R.” in very small letters. (7.0). (C) An Adlake Kero model, embossed “B&O R.R.” in a circle on the dome top. The red Kopp Kero globe is etched “B&O RR” near the top fitter. No. 300 fount and burner unit are intact. The entire lantern has been painted black and is in good condition. (D) A Starlite 222 model, missing the two bulbs and battery, but otherwise looks unused. The body is marked with the Southern Railway logo. (E) A stainless steel Conger Brakeman’s lantern, stamped “AT&SF”. It appears to be well-used, with some bends and dings. (4.0). Condition: (6.0). Dimensions: Largest: 7" x 5-1/2" x 9-1/4".
