Description

This Japanese donabe serving set includes one large lidded bowl and six smaller lidded bowls, all made in traditional rough brown stoneware with cream crackle glazed interiors and white slip decoration on the lids, with applied side handles and a cohesive, traditional form that reflects classic Japanese kitchenware, with the large bowl measuring 14 inches wide, 12.5 inches deep, and 3.75 inches tall and the small bowls each measuring approximately 8 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 2.25 inches tall, and all pieces in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only light surface wear from normal use, and Please see all photographs and consider them as part of the description.
