Description
A handsome set of three late 19th century American Eastlake parlor chairs crafted in solid walnut. The chairs feature incised Aesthetic Movement carving, architectural crest rails, and turned front legs retaining their original casters.
Recently professionally upholstered in a warm geometric textile, the chairs are comfortable and immediately usable within a modern interior. Their scale works beautifully as entry seating, fireplace accents, vanity chairs, or occasional seating in a bedroom or library.
Structurally sound with tight joints. The walnut frames display a rich patina with light, age-appropriate wear consistent with late 19th century furniture. Upholstery is clean and ready to place.
