Charming, petite maple sewing box with black painted metal frame and cane-wrapped handle, all supported by rubber feet (ca. 1950s, Italy).
Minimalist design with simple dual-door construction fitted with deeply sculpted oblong pulls.
Conservatively refinished condition but few scuffs remain, as shown, along with writing to the inside of one of the doors.
