Paul McCobb Mid-Century Modern Planner Group Maple Coffee Table - Restored

Description

Offered is a restored mid century modern solid maple coffee table designed by Paul McCobb for Winchendon's Planner Group. The table had its original finish painted over by a previous owner. It has been stripped, bleached and refinished back to a natural, blond maple. It was given multiple hand rubbed coats of platinum shellac and then several coats of clear lacquer. It has its original legs and makers mark. As with most pieces of preowned furniture it does still show faint signs of age and previous use, mostly on the underside. Over all it is in beautiful condition. It would make a wonderful addition to your mid century modern decor. Please look carefully at the pictures as they make up an important part of the description. Questions are always welcome.
