Alongside Rodney Dillard, Dean Webb, and Mitch Jayne, Doug helped create some of the most memorable musical moments in Mayberry history through a series of classic episodes featuring the Darling family. Their appearances remain among the most popular and frequently celebrated episodes of the entire series. This attractive miniature display piece includes the banjo and fitted case, with Doug Dillard's signature prominently displayed on the back of the instrument.
