Description
This collection consists of three pieces of 20th-century American art glass. The first item is a hand-blown glass water carafe by the Blenko Glass Company of Milton, West Virginia. This piece is the double-spout model #384, featuring a square-profile body with circular indentations and a flared neck. It is executed in the tangerine colorway, characterized by a yellow-to-red gradient. An original silver foil label reading Blenko Handcraft Made in USA is affixed to the neck. The second item is a pedestal vase attributed to Indiana Glass in the Diamond Point pattern. The pressed glass piece features a deep geometric texture, a faceted stem, and a scalloped multi-lobed foot. The color is an amberina gradient transitioning from yellow at the base to ruby red at the rim. The third item is a hand-manipulated decorative bowl in the form of a swan. The body is deep ruby red glass, while the neck, head, and tail accents are formed from applied clear glass.
