Antique 1912 hand made folk art house model made from old cigar and packing materials. This house is in remarkable condition considering it's age. All hand made and signed RH 1912. There is another date on one of the roof timber with the date of 1920 I assume some one replaced one of the Timbers at that date. There are 15 glass windows and 2 doors. One of the porch post has been replaced and a very small piece of the porch roof has been repaired. This type of folk art craftsmanship is becoming very hard to find it took some skill level in carpentry to build this house. Size is 23.1/4" wide by 11" deep and 20" tall.
