Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a phenomenal piece executed with acrylic on canvas. The canvas has minor flaws as pictured, as well as the frame, but still overall really beautiful. It is signed "P. Keil" in the lower left corner and a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist is adhered to the verso. This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
