Description
During the 1920's, the Art Deco period, high class women wearing a long flowing dress in the French countryside would be walking two large Borzoi (Russia Wolfhounds) was not an uncommon sight. Edgar Degas expressed this in his sculpture called "The Aristocratics". This one is made out of bronze; standing 11 1/2" tall x 12" long x 3 1/2" deep. This is deceptively heavy for the size of the piece. I found this piece from an antique store in Las Vegas, NV.
