A charming and rustic early 20th century French terracotta pitcher, hand-thrown and finished in a traditional slip-glaze technique. The piece features a small rounded body, a slightly flared rim with a pouring spout, and a distinctive side handle, an uncommon and practical design element typical of utilitarian French pottery used in rural kitchens.
