Couroc Serving Tray,
Herbs & Spices,
1960s/70s

The rectangular black resin serving tray is decorated with an open book titles "Herbs & Spices with an oli jug by it and a herb grinder and a herb sprig. The book is open to a double page with different spices depicted including Basil Dill, Chervil, Thyme, Sage, Oregano and other.

Dimensions 18 inches wide x 12 1/2 inches x 3/4 inch high

Mark: Paper label titled Unique trays by COUROC and text including.." Hand inlaid by master craftsmen. shells, coins, wood and metals are fused into Couroc's famous satin black material which is impervious to alcohol., water, and cigarette burns.
