An Antique Pennsylvania Folk Art Postage Stamp Decoupage Game Table, 1938

Signed in pencil on the underside: "Made by R. E. Shirley, Laurelton, PA 3/28/38"

Laurelton is in Union County, Pennsylvania. Near to Mifflinburg (Northern Central, PA)

This is a Unique one of a kind hand made table during the depression era years, Pennsylvania Folk Art of a troubled time in our country's history.

Postage Stamp top, over a wooden frame, with a glass top covering the stamps, and brass corners. Red Painted base, with turned legs.

Size: 30 1/2" by 30 1/2" and 29 1/4" tall.

Condition: As Found Antique Condition. The paint has alligatored on the side rails. There is some staining to the stamps due to water on the top. See pictures.
