An antique oak tantalus set featuring three finely crafted cut glass spirit decanters, dating to approximately C1920. This distinguished barware accessory combines functional security with decorative appeal, perfect for displaying and serving fine spirits. The tantalus features a robust oak frame with a rich, warm patina, designed to securely hold the decanters. A metal handle arches over the top, complementing the dark wood. The locking mechanism, which requires the top knob to be pulled back to open, ensures the decanters remain safely enclosed. Each of the three square-form decanters is crafted from clear art glass. They are topped with substantial faceted stoppers, completing their classic design.
