Kennedy’s remarks to the executives of state education associations and officers of the National Education Association at the White House. Measuring 8.5 x 14” per page, the release was distributed by the Office of the White House Press Secretary and preserves Kennedy’s comments on education funding, national priorities, and the growing demands being placed upon America’s schools during the final week of his presidency.
