The image is inscribed vertically along the left side in blue ink, “To Shirley, Best Wishes, Oleg Cassini.” Accompanying the photograph is the original typed address label from the mailing envelope sent to Shirley J. Currier of Harvey, Illinois, bearing the printed return information for Oleg Cassini Inc., 3 West 57 Street, New York.
