Kennedy original 8 x 10” Associated Press wirephoto depicting a Secret Service and Dallas Police Department reenactment of the presidential motorcade route in Dallas, Texas, conducted on December 5, 1963. The photograph shows a convertible positioned in front of the Texas School Book Depository Building, where investigators recreated the circumstances surrounding the assassination to assist in the ongoing inquiry. The reverse bears the original Associated Press caption and editorial markings from newspaper use.
