Hickey Jr. (1923–2002) served as a Special Agent of the United States Secret Service and is best remembered for his assignment to the follow-up car immediately behind President Kennedy’s limousine during the Dallas motorcade. His presence at Dealey Plaza has made him a recognizable figure in the history of the assassination.
Co-signer Floyd M. Boring (1913–1987) was Chief of the White House Detail under Presidents Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Johnson, overseeing the presidential protective division during one of the most consequential periods in Secret Service history.
