In fine condition overall. Printed on double-weight Kodak paper. Cecil Stoughton's official back stamp on verso along with a pencil file number notation.
Cecil William Stoughton (January 18, 1920 – November 3, 2008) was an American photographer. He is best known for being President John F. Kennedy's photographer during his White House years.
On November 16, 1963, President John F. Kennedy traveled to Cape Canaveral, FL to board the ship "Observation Island" and view a demonstration of the firing of a Polaris missile by the submarine "Andrew Jackson."
