CONDITION REPORT: In good overall condition. The marble top with minor gouges, scuffing, very small nicks, and light, small stains. The table with age splits to the legs and base, some with filler. Nicks, scuffs, and wear throughout. The legs with scattered old repairs. Structurally sound. Notwithstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
