Lovely pair of petite Mid-Century Modern table lamps featuring elegant brass bases and original frosted white glass rocket-shaped shades. The sleek silhouette and softly glowing diffused light perfectly capture the Space Age aesthetic of the 1950s–60s.

Each lamp has a solid brass base with an integrated twist switch and a fluted frosted glass shade, giving off a warm, ambient glow when illuminated. The design echoes the style of Laurel Lamp Mfg. of Newark, New Jersey, where partial manufacturer stickers remain. Similar designs have been attributed to Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce and Stiffel, showcasing the strong Italian and American modernist influences of the era.

The lamps are well-made and weighty, reflecting the high-quality craftsmanship typical of mid-century American lighting. One shade has a minor ~1" hairline crack near the bottom that is completely hidden when assembled (see photos).

A wonderful vintage pair for use as bedside lamps, accent lighting, or on a console or desk, adding authentic mid-century or Space Age charm to any interior.
