Antique Casted Bronze Cattle Bell Made in Switzerland ca. 1930

A large and heavy casted bronze cattle bell manufactured in Switzerland around 1930. The antique bell features high relief motifs of plants and foliages. The bell comes with its original brown leather strap with buckle. Bells like this one are still used nowadays to locate cattles in the pasture. Cattles wear them around their neck so owners can easily find them in the Alpine landscape. Good condition with great patinated finish. An authentic antique piece which is a great home decoration and brings the Swiss countryside into your home.
