Black Forest Chamois Trophy on Carved Wooden Plaque, Austria 1951

A decorative trophy of the chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra), mounted on a carved wooden plaque. The plaque is painted black and bears an hand-painted inscription with the dates of the hunt. The chamois was hunted in 1951 in Austria.
