This lot includes an assortment of tools for handling heat as used by blacksmiths/farriers or with wood or coal burning stoves. The tools consist of forge pokers, fire tools, spring swages, handled tongs, a weak magnet and assorted shop-made implements. Several pieces feature coiled handles designed for use around hot metal and forge fires. Also included are a number of springs, ceramic insulators or rollers, and miscellaneous forged iron components. One of the curved tools has "EAGLE" embossed on the curvature. Tools were most likely produced between 1900s - 1950s.

All pieces exhibit surface oxidation, rust, scale, and wear consistent with age and workshop use. Some items appear hand-forged or shop-made. No attempt has been made to clean or restore the pieces. Overall condition varies from piece to piece.
