This Turkish Mauser M38 is chambered in 8mm Mauser and dated 1940. Built on the proven Mauser 98-pattern action, these rifles were produced for Turkish military service and are well known for their strength, reliability, and long service life across multiple conflicts and post-war service periods.

This example retains its original military configuration but has a refinished stock, a cosmetic update that does not alter the underlying military form of the rifle. The bolt is not present, which is an important condition factor and will require sourcing a replacement for any functional use. Despite this, it remains a classic C&R-eligible Mauser military rifle with strong historical and collector interest. The bore is in good condition.
