This note had both sides printed and was waiting the final printing when the error happened. A previous face printing was printed in reverse on the reverse creating the impression of a mirror image. It was an earlier face printing as it lacked the serial numbers, Treasury Seal, and Federal Reserve seal, this one's obverse being the New York branch.
