This large Chinese decorative egg is crafted using the cloisonne technique, featuring brass wires and colored vitreous enamels. The primary motif is a large peony blossom in shades of pink and white with a green center. The egg rests on a fitted, dark-stained wooden stand with a footed base. A firing vent hole is located at the bottom of the egg, surrounded by a green flower motif.
