Vintage Italian hand-painted bookends by Borghese, featuring two of London's old city gates: Brigegate and Ludgate. In excellent condition with fancy scroll design to base. Metal bases slide under your favorite books to stabilize these handsome bookends (depth of bookend is 1" and metal piece is 3.25"). They would work perfectly in your library, living room or den. Just the right touch of elegance.
