Description
Folk art of Brazilian sculptor ADRIANO DE OLINDA. Treating the theme of the African American transit. A mobile sculpture of winding gears and wind pushed possibilities. The male figures of standing men with spears and bows, and arrows. All figures have pipes and the cut-out profiles. The sculpture is painted in flat black and red enamel. The measurements are 20.5" tall, and the base measurements are 10.5" by 10.5". The spinning movements move the measurements to 18" wide. Signed in red enamel on the base frame, Adriano and Olinda -Pe. Late 20th-century Brazil.
