Description

(1872-1945) Czech politician and the symbolic president of Bohemia and Moravia during World War II. Captured by the Red Army during the Prague Offensive, he was arrested by the NKVD and died in prison under mysterious circumstances. S.P. 4 x 6 in. b/w, a head and shoulders printed portrait boldly signed bottom margin. Handsomely displayed on an 8 x 10 in. sheet with Hitler postage stamps and Prague postmarks. Very good condition.
