Scarce imprint, ‘Message of The Governor of Virginia and Accompanying Documents’ (Richmond: William F. Ritchie, 1862), 14pp. 8vo., the text of Letcher’s 1861 address to the state, in paper wraps. File holes at left, light wear to cover and toning to interior pages, good.
