Partly-printed D.S. as President, 1p. oblong folio, Washington, Mar. 12, 1926, an appointment of Harvey D. Klingensmith as Postmaster at Grapeville, PA. Countersigned by Postmaster General HARRY S. NEW (1858-1937), who served from 1923-1929. Handsomely matted in black and set into a gilt-accented black frame measuring 22 x 19 in. A few light wrinkles slightly impact Coolidge’s signature, itself a tad light, else very good condition.
