Condition Report:

Good condition overall. General wear throughout, commensurate with age and use. Surface with some sunbleaching/discolouration, various scuffs and abrasions, etc. Clips included, however, are non-originial. Some slight gaps between leaves. Leaves can be added or removed to suit one's own requirements. Structurally stable overall.
