The cover bears a bold signature of Apollo astronaut Edgar D. Edgar D. Mitchell (1930-2016) was a NASA astronaut and U.S. Navy aviator who served as Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo 14. During the mission he and Alan Shepard conducted two moonwalks in the Fra Mauro region, becoming the third successful lunar landing crew. Mitchell was the sixth person to walk on the Moon and later became known for his writings and public advocacy concerning science, consciousness, and space exploration.
